The Nivnice trail leads through the valley of the Nivnice stream, past a series of former mills and a restored mill race. The route, which tells you about the Nivnice yard, looks back on the old days when corn was ground in mills powered by water wheels and when people used to farm in yards. You can learn about the Nivnice stream and the plants and animals that inhabit the surrounding area. And you might even see a beaver.
This is a separate circuit. The first half leads along the cycling trail, while the second half is along unpaved tracks alongside the stream. This is a suitable route in good weather. You can also admire some lovely views of the town along the way.
